Every artist's career is different, which is why I've never believed in a one-size-fits-all approach. The music industry changes constantly, but the fundamentals remain the same. Great careers are built on good songs, thoughtful decisions, strong relationships and knowing when to say yes just as much as when to say no.

The gap between studying music and building a career in the industry has never been more important to bridge. Students need more than technical ability and creative talent; they need the confidence, knowledge and professional networks to build sustainable careers in an industry that is constantly evolving.
Music Organisations & Consultancy
Strong music communities don't happen by accident. They grow when artists, educators, venues, local authorities, cultural organisations and industry professionals work towards a shared vision. My role is to help make those connections happen, turning ideas into programmes and partnerships that create lasting value rather than one-off events.
