Damian is a member of the Greater Manchester Music Commission, bringing extensive experience of artist development, music education and the professional music industry to the region's strategic conversation about the future of music.
He leads the Commission's work around Artist Development, championing better pathways for emerging talent and stronger connections between artists, education, venues, industry and opportunity.
The work reflects a central theme running throughout Damian's career: ensuring that talented people don't simply receive advice about building careers — they have access to the networks, infrastructure and opportunities that make those careers possible.
